Katarina Witt measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe and bra size
Katarina Wit started skating when she was age five. She was only five when her talents became apparent, and then in Karl-Marx-Stadt she was accepted into an institution specifically designed for children who have athletic talents. The school where she was enrolled she got to know the coach Jutta Muler. Witt achieved her breakthrough in the second position she placed in the 1982 World Championships, held in Copenhagen. Since then her elegance and grace attracted the attention of everyone. She began to dominate this sport. Olympic Success At the Sarajevo Winter Games in 1984, Katarina won the gold medal in figure skating for women following a heatedly-contested competition. In a tighter competition afterward, she took home her gold medal. Free skates were a loss, but the gold medal was awarded to her because of the performances she made in both the compulsory figures (short program) and the compulsory figures. Witt became the first woman to be crowned champion in male and female figure skating ever since Sonja Hiene. Hall of Fame After enjoying great success in the field of acting, Witt returned to the sport in the 1994 Lillehammer Winter Games. The team finished seventh, but she wowed the crowd even though she didn't win the medal. Witt was admitted into the World Figure Skating Hall of Fame in the year 1995.
